How one chiropractic practice acquired new patients with Demandforce

Today we’re spotlighting Demandforce customer Mt. Lookout Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center (MLCC) located in Cincinnati! The practice has eight certified Doctors of Chiropractic and three physical therapists who provide dry needling, DNS rehab, and other treatments. The final outcome

By utilizing automated review requests, MLCC has collected nearly 2,000 reviews and has maintained an average star rating of 4.85. This digital strategy gave MLCC an increase in visits per day every single year since using Demandforce and has increased their average revenue per day by 25%. In turn, less time is spent on the phone since patients now have the option to request an appointment online and receive HIPAA compliant communications electronically. 

MLCC also sends out 174% more emails and patient engagement has increased by 87%.
