As the pandemic continues to unfold, the need to communicate new developments with your customers has never been more timely. We’ve made this easy with our email builder, Campaign Studio, where you can quickly create informative emails. Build emails using our one-click COVID-19 templates, or build your own from scratch. Advanced segmentation also allows you to target customers based on custom criteria such as past services, appointment status, and more.
Share the most up-to-date information regarding COVID-19 to instantly reach your customers with Two-Way Text messaging. Text back and forth with customers or send a one-off message about closures, updated hours, and other information, right from the Demandforce portal.
In response to COVID-19, we have updated our appointment reminder feature, Reminders Plus, to include new templates and increased flexibility. Update these email and/or text message reminders to send clients information about the precautionary measures your business is taking during the pandemic, or turn reminders off if your business is closed.
