Two Way Text

Respond to your Customers’ Questions and Concerns in real time

Your customers will be able to respond directly to any One-Off Message, Appointment Reminder, or Mobile Check In Text you send them by texting directly back. Their response may include questions, comments, and concerns regarding COVID-19 and what it means for their appointment. To reply directly to a customer’s text response in Demandforce:

Click Texts from the top Menu bar in the upper right hand corner.


This opens the Two Way Text feature. All text replies to both One-Off text messages and text Appointment Reminders will appear here.


Tap on an individual text response to view the full conversation.


Write your text reply in the box, then tap Send Message to text your customer back.

Demandforce Live lets you manage your Two Way Text conversations any time right from your desktop.

To Download Demandforce Live from your Demandforce Portal , go to Settings > Connect > Demandforce Live.
