Reflections continues to evolve as a yoga studio and recent additions to the schedule have upped their game again.
A new offering is "Meditative Flow" on Tuesday afternoons at 4 which I attended for the first time. The name of the class is deceptive. Despite its intentional measured pace, nonetheless it was a wonderful strength workout and I have been back again. It combines elements of Qigong and yoga and is very satisfying. The teacher is attentive and patient.
