Had a situation that needed required immediate attention. Dr.David and the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate me even though they were very busy at the time. I have been going to Kennerly dental for over 30 years and have always been completely satisfied with their service. They are totally honest in their evaluation and do not do a procedure without explaining and providing any other options. I hear from many other people that every time they go to their dentist that they want to do some procedure, probably for the money. I hope Dr, Ed and David stay in business a long time.

I had a dental emergency and the Kennerly Dental Group scheduled me in the very next day. The staff and Dr. Ed were very welcoming and professional! I would recommend them to family and friends. I'm glad I was referred to them by my sister. Thank you Kennerly Dental Group!!!

I had a filling to come out and they were able to get me in and fixed the same day. A very good experience for me. I have been put off from the dentist office because of a horrible experience getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist performing the cleaning was using a new cleaning method "ultrasonic" cleaning. It could have been experience or lack there of with the new tool but I think my gums received the majority of the cleaning...The most painful dentist experience I have had in my life. Well, after this experience I am going to give this dentist office a chance to make it right. Hopefully it was just the hygienist (at the other facility) and not the "ultrasonic" cleaning method...we will see. More to follow.

I started going to Kennerly Dental Group back in 2013 and have always had great experiences. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. I love my hygienist, Laura. She does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and gets me in and out of the office within 30 minutes. The office has great hours and I have never had an issue with scheduling an appointment that works with my schedule. I highly recommend them for their services.

Had a toothache. Was able to get in the same day I called. The Dentist explained everything. His dental assistant was very good also. Happy we found them for our dental needs.

My son is 8 and had to get his very first fillings. 2 on each side of his upper jaw. The employees are friendly. I had to wait twice on the front desk to be assisted there. I was running a bit late and she was talking to other employees about something work related in the back room. I feel that great customer service is to take care of your clients who are waiting on you first and then finish talking to anyone else. I have gone here for years and have always been happy with the service, so I am hoping that this is a one time occurence.

I was nervous about my son getting injected with local anesthetic. I requested the anestheic that wears off faster so that he wouldnt have to deal with numbness for so long and to avoid speeding up his heart rate with the longer lasting drug with epinephrine. I do not know if this is normal or not but my sons cheeks became flushed and swollen after 3 injections in both cheeks. (I have never experienced that) He also began acting a bit loopy and complaining that he was very very tired and his eyes were itchy and watering. I stayed with him the entire time making sure he wasnt having an allergic reaction of some kind or if he was having a toxic reaction. The employees leave the room to give time for the injections to get to work. I felt uneasy about it. I wouldve liked for there to be more monitering of my son after he recieved the local anethesia. I shouldve asked more questions about what exactly he would be given and how much. And if emergency supplies/plan was ready to be implemented if needed. I didnt want to say to much in front of my son to scare him since this was his first procedure. His upper cheeks were very puffy and flushed. I couldve used some reassurance that this was normal or notified if it was in fact a reaction. He seemed to have trouble focusing his eyes as well, and kept rubbing them. Otherwise, he did great and the fillings are fine. The assistant was thorough with polishing and making sure the bite was right. I trust in Kennerly's quality work.

The only real issue was poor communication and monitering when it came to anesthitizing my 8yr old son.

I went and saw 1 Dr. and received directions what to do and come back for a follow-up visit in a couple weeks. I come back for a follow-up and logically I thought I was setup to see the same Dr. I see a different Dr. that has never seen my dog and talks about 12 different solutions. I left and had no really idea what to do. I call into the office and request to speak with the original Dr. Wait a couple days and no call. Then I call back leave another message. I then get a call from a lady in the office. Not a Dr., but telling me the other original Dr. is so busy so she called me instead. I'm like really?? This isn't how you do business. It's the simple things. Yes, this simple thing will make me look for a new Dr. location for my dog.
