This business is a sugar coated screw over business. The people who run that business are looking to take advantage people who they think know nothing of their vehicle and misuse their "liscensed mechanic" title to charge them more money for things they do not need. They acted like the friendliest, nicest, and most trusting people then they purposely failed my car inspection when nothing was wrong with my car and then proceeded to tell me I needed to have a $250 part installed in order to pass inspection within 60 days or I would have to pay another fee. I confronted them head on and they backed down because they knew that I knew what they had tried to pull over on me. I am now severely inconvenienced because my car will pass inspection anywhere else but they have already failed me in their system. Overall, they screwed me over. I will NEVER do business with them again. If you having maintenance performed to your car, you better know your vehicle or they may do the same to you.
Unfortunately we had to fail this young lady's car for a bad cv axle per the NC Inspection Laws. She was unhappy that we would not pass her car without repair. She didn't want us to replace the axle because her Dad is a mechanic, but the inconvenience is he lives a couple hours away. The cv axle is a safety issue defined by NC State Law and we followed our guidelines. I'm sorry she was upset, but we don't bend the rules.
