Waited an entire hour beyond my appointment time (they did not update the hairdresser's schedule). Then rushed through (color, cut, wash, and style) in less than an hour. Usually better experience... not sure if I'll go back.

It was absolutely wonderful as always. Angela Gutierrez is the best nail therapist in the world!!! Her sweetness, cheerful and attentive attitude and personality never fails to leave me feeling well pampered and completely relaxed after a visit. She is an amazing amazing person and a joy to come to for my pedicures!

I purchased $300 worth of skin and hair products and the front desk staff made an error and charged me twice for one of the products worth $77. They were unable to return the money to my credit card so instead they gave me a gift card. I presented my purchase with a Birthday coupon for double points and when I looked army account online they did not give the right amount of points. I was disappointed with their flagrant error in charging me more money than what I could spend and with poor alternative to correct their mistake. I had to point it out to the with receipt that they charged me an extra $77. I only purchased four products not five. It was an awful experience with the mistake in ringing up my purchase and not granting me my reward points. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I loved the whole experience! My stylist was Laura and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and never touched my hair until we had finished talking. She spent the time cutting my hair and making sure I liked it. It was not the usual in-and-out experience that I've had at other salons and I didn't have to wait forever to even be seen. I would definitely recommend Veda and Laura to anyone I know.
