I usually love this place but this was the worst experience in over 4 years!! I called to make my appointment and was placed on hold then eventually asked if they could call me back, I understood and said sure and gave them my information. No on ever called me back! I called back the next day to make an appoint and never mentioned that no one had called me back but the girl seemed very annoyed; I just assumed she was just having a bad day. I was very adamant about who did my services and she was finally able to work them in together, even though it was further out than I wanted, I was happy. I show up at my scheduled appointment time and they had no record of my appointment! (I booked AFTER their scheduling system was hacked) In fact the person that was supposed to preform one of my services wasn't even there that day!! At this point I was at their mercy because I didn't have time to wait and schedule another appointment. Now my hair dye is splotchy and my shaping is not up to par. Oh, the girl that colored my hair also bleached my eyebrow and never said anything! She just passed me off at the rinse bowl to someone else. Luckily that girl was very sweet and mentioned it to me and offered to dye it back. I am very disappointed with this entire experience. I know this isn't the norm for this salon as I usually give 5 star reviews but this visit was by far the worst one I've ever had!!

I was given an "extra" gloss to wait for my hair to be cut for about 15 minutes ...

Was charged extra for it

$137 for gloss 2 with color and cut

Not gloss 1

Accepted the wait time but not appreciative of an extra cost because of timing circumstances

May need to check or ask about additional costs

Faith is amazing! She's so patient with me even though it takes forever to do my hair! I never know what I want to do with my hair, so it's a relief when I go in and Faith already has an idea in mind. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Faith and the whole team at Sagittarius. Highly recommend!

My regular stylist was not available, so she recommended Molly. Molly asked lots of questions about what kind of cut I wanted, then proceeded to give me a great cut plus several very helpful pointers on achieving the look at home.

I was very,very pleased with my experience.
