Came in for a hair cut. Told Nicole I was thinking about color. She had a cancellation and was able to do it right away. Nicole rocks!!!

My appointment was not in the schedule.I was turned over to another colorist with the promise that the color would be the same ( as per my regular hair dresser). The color was too light and bleaches looking. It had no depth and warmth. It make me look older n I know it was going to bleach out even lighter in the sun. I am a brunette and the highlights were very lemon yellow as opposed to honey yellow. I was blown out by another stylist. While I appreciate that I was taken in - I am having to come a second time to have it fixed. Plus, I could not get a cut and I don't thinkI got my birthday discount. I came on my birthday and stated it to my original hair dresser. It's not normally like this but, I thought you should know.

Brandon is awesome! He knows what his clients wants and he knows how to provide an excellent customer service! Of course, he's great in what he's doing. I always leave the salon with a big smile because I always like how he styles my hair.

I had a wonderful experience with a color correction. I brought a picture in to Jen and she gave me just what I wanted! I've been seen at Sagittarius since they were at their past location and I will continue in the future! It's always nice being pampered for a few hours!

I am never disappointed in the hairstyle that I get from Lorah. However, I was disappointed in the price of the hair color service that I received from Joselyn. I have paid $40 in the past, but was now charged $50. When I questioned this, I was told that she had gone up a level even though my receipt showed that she was still in the same level. I called and asked for someone in a lower level from her because $50 was too much for this service. They told me Brie and Angel (?) were below Joselyn and I could be set up with either of them. I asked what their price was and they said, "oh, the same price $50. Seriously??? The credibility of the staff is now in question. Very disappointing! I canceled my hair color appt and will go somewhere else that can be more honest with the charge of their services. I will always keep my appt with Lorah because I think she's the best hairdresser around.

I do apologize for this inconvience. Stylists moving up levels is the only way that we can promote out employees within the beauty industry. We are more then happy to accomodate you with our lowest level stylists possible in order to meet your pricing needs. Whenever we are moving levels we always try our best to make our clients aware of this by emailing in advance before the price levels change. I do apologize once again for this inconvience.
