I loved the end result but I was there for four hours which was very long.

I should have let your company know at the time, but there was a girl there that when she was washing my hair, I lifted up my head so that she could wash that little part everybody misses at the nape of my neck. She said: "put your head down, I know what I'm doing." Very aggressive and very unprofessional. Never returned, never will

Love the future professional who worked with me. I have really thick natural texture and she straightened it in 2 hours. Definitely would recommend and definitely will visit soon!

I had a wonderful experience at the Paul Mitchell school in Murfreesboro ...Grace Wickmann did a fabulous job with color change from dull blond to a beautiful chestnut color and a wonderful cut! I couldn't be more pleased!

I had Hannah(student) and Chelsea the instructor. I'd really like to compliment Chelsea on the way she taught everyone. She wa patient and encouraging. She complimented girls especially if they had a rude client. Hannah was great just a little nervous. The perm took a little longer than I anticipated but it looks amazing. And Hannah is still very new. I have a complaint that is not with them. The day I made my appt. I called back right after and asked to change it from 11 to 10 and the girl on the phone said absolutely. I'll take care of it. I'm sure it was busy and she just forgot, but when I got my remainder the apt. Was still at 11. I know it was a different person than the one who originally set my appointment,Asia.
