The front office and dental assistant were great, the dentist was horrible. I'll never visit any dental one associate office again nor will I recommend this office to anyone. For a dentist to say to me "did I not just ask you a question" in the middle of an anxiety problem is not acceptable at all. If I'm sitting there crying then obviously I'm going to have a hard time answering. And then to force me to tell him about my bad experience just to refer me to someone else "that has more time to deal with me" is wrong. In addition to this, when I booked my appointment I was told sedation would be available. Thanks for wasting my time and humiliating me, my dental phobia wasn't bad enough already.
