Demandforce ranks #15 on the 2009 San Francisco Business Times list of "Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies in the Bay Area"

SAN FRANCISCO, CA December 1, 2009 – Demandforce, Inc., a Web-based customer communication and reputational marketing software platform, today announced its ranking of #15 on the San Francisco Business Times annual listing of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the Bay Area. Demandforce, which is used by nearly 6,000 business users connected to 13 million end consumers, has posted 16 quarters of over 80% year-over-year quarterly growth. This marks the first year Demandforce was named to the list and is the first year the company elected to be included in the selection process.

Demandforce's president, Richard Berry, credits the company's innovative solution, great customer service team, and dedicated client base for the 279.1% revenue growth since 2006. "We are proud to be recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the Bay Area, especially given the storied history of many technology companies from the local business community." Berry continued by saying, "We look forward to participating in the Fastest Growing Private Companies rankings next year and beyond."

Demandforce D3 is a Web-based software that helps businesses generate demand for their products and services through a highly effective customer communication and reputational marketing platform. The selection of Demandforce as one of the fastest growing companies in the Bay Area comes one month after Demandforce was named the second fastest growing software company in California by Inc. magazine on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies in the United States.

"The Bay Area has an amazing business community and it's a great honor to be among the fastest growing companies in the region," said Sam Osman, Vice President of Demandforce. Osman went on to say, "Our launch five years ago was supported by local businesses who served as our beta customers. They are the foundation of a great client base, which is supported by a local talent pool that has allowed us to grow with high caliber individuals as part of our team."

Over two thousand companies were reviewed for the "Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies in the Bay Area" list by the San Francisco Business Times and their corporate partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Companies must be privately held between 2006 and 2008, be headquartered in the Bay Area, and have revenues of at least $200,000 each year. The annual rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over the three year period.
