Our practice had a seamless flow from posture to posture, the pacing was variable and provided times of challenge and also opportunities for stillness. Alana shared the idea of choosing to respond rather than react to each experience, mindfulness that can be applied both on and off the mat. Although I prefer a longer savasana, I enjoyed the leg and foot rub I received during my yoga nap. My first class at Yoga Bound was exceptional and left me with a yoga high that lasted all day. And I was satisfyingly sore the next day. I look forward to my next practice at Yoga Bound.
