I'm from out of town and I brought my car here with no previous knowledge of its existence. Although my car sat in the shop for an entire day without anyone looking at it, once it was serviced, it was done in a friendly and professional manner. It wasn't cheap, but I'd rather have it done well once than pay for it again later.

After inquiring with dealer and other sources, the quote is at way higher end for the service I need for my car. My expectation is to have lesser charge than atleast the dealer. I felt like, they are trying to cash-in my situation. That is why, I went to the extent of having a temporary fix for now with them (even that itself is expensive. That is my mistake of course to not ask for how much they are going to charge at the end before start doing some work on my car) and will go to any of the other places for a permanent fix.
