I've been getting Emails for three years that I have an appointment coming up. I even received an email to provide a review.
I don't even live in the same state as this business. I send a reply email trying to explain I never used their services but never get a response.
If they can't mange their appointments, I'm not sure how they handle patient care.
Wheelock & Bursick Dentistry replied:
In this technological age, many patients love to receive reminders for appointments via email and/or text. Unfortunately, as we all know, computers don't always work they way we would like. We apologize that this has been an inconvenience to you. We have made every effort to ensure that this does not happen again. Again, we are sorry for any stress and bother this has caused you.
