have been seeing Terri Nguyen the past 2+ years and had my regular six-month check up last week.

showed up and was in the chair, teeth polished by the tech... when a dentist I had never met introduced herself and said she would be seeing me that day. no explanation as to where Terri might be or why the switcheroo.

I didn't think I was going to a clinic where I would be seen by whoever happened to be working that day. on reflection, I prefer a relationship with a specific practitioner and not a practice that passes its patients around.

As pleasant as a dental appoinment can be.

The team at West Portal Family Dentistry is the best. One feels very at home here, like a part of the family. Kudos to Dr. Terri and Julie for making dentistry a pleasant experience.

These people are amazing. I have been a patient here for several years and Dr. Nguyen takes excellent care of my family. The entire staff is curteous, friendly and knowledgeable. True gems!

Thank God the Doc is back. Had a very long appointment, in the chair over two hours and barely suffered any discomfort at all, other than the first needle shot. The real Doc ROCKS :-)

Even tho I was squeezed in at the last minute because of a semi-emergency, my wait time was minimal even tho I was warned it might take awhile. Pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen.
