During the appointment, Dr Mann diagnosed the issue and provided the two possible solutions and reasoning for both. He fully explained the situation and had a temporary fix in place quickly.

I find Dr. Mann to be meticulous and very thorough, as well as charming and friendly. I recently had an old "cap" reattached. He could have just glued it back in, and I wouldn't have known any different. Instead, he spent a lot of time cleaning the remaining tooth, checking Xrays for underlying problems, and then making sure the old cap fit back in properly.

Marsha was very nice and quite helpful for me on this visit. I enjoyed the visit with her on this day. As well, the desk staff (Irene & Cecille) are always a pleasure to speak to, as well (very open-minded, well-prepared for situations {things that occur or need to be taken care of}. Very good "1st impression" to have for the office.
