The staff at Waterloo Automotive may be the nicest, and provide best customer service of any business ever, let alone a repair shop. They were fair and honest through the entire process.They even found a repair that was covered under an extended warrenty and told me to take it to the dealer. All that and a free loaner car to boot. I will never go anywhere else for my car service.
