I am a big chicken when it comes to going to the Dentist's office. Many bad experiences. But the staff at Washtenaw General are so nice, and knowledgeable and they take the time to answer all your questions. My teeth feel so good and I didn't need any pain relief for the cleaning!

Very good experience with thorough instructions and close monitoring from Dental asst.
Would recommend that a white board or paper and pencil be provided for communication during two hour period.

As always, Lindsey is great. She is cheerful and really good at what she does. I'm in and out before I know it! I also had the zoom whitening process on my teeth. I'm very pleased with the results. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones, but I had no sensitivity during or after the whitening. More likely it's because of the attention given to every detail of the preparation for the procedure and during the process. Everyone was very efficient and expert in their work. - Thank you!

The hygienists and doctors at WGDA are honest, straightforward, and friendly. They are also quite fast, my past few appointments have consisted of waiting for less than a minute before the cleaning or procedure. I have typically been in and out in less than 35 minutes!
