The massage I received with Barbara was awesome. The best I have ever had! Because of something I accidently did, I created a bit of unnecessary chaos. This could have been politely and quickly remedied. Instead, a second therapist blamed another client for not being clear on her request and proceeded to treat me as if I intentionally wanted to mess things up. In the process, she completely destroyed any positive benefits (stress reduction) I had gained from the massage and was clearly ruffling the other client prior to her facial. This is not the reaction I would have expected from an organization such as yours. I went for a massage for the first time in 2 years because I am incredibly stressed out. The searing glare received from the second therapist and the behavior she exhibited isn’t something I want to experience again. In fact, I am embarrassed enough with what I did and the results that followed to forgo any future massages here. I really don’t want to run into the second therapist. Since I anticipate my stress will not abate soon, Life Time Fitness will have to be my stomping grounds. Very Embarrassed

I am 44 years old, I have never been a gym addict, and I am very resistant to change. I enjoy eating delicious meals, dining out, and I did not have any desire at all to work out. Frankly, I am a personal trainer's worse nightmare. When I joined Excel Body Fitness in early February, I was hoping to lower my blood pressure and lose a little weight. 7 weeks later, I now have so much more energy and I lost about 10 lbs. Best of all, my pressure is WAY down! I want to thank Jessica, Angie, and Carolee from the bottom of my heart for giving me the constant and genuine motivation that keeps me coming back everyday. You are all very special ladies. And thank you to Pantea and the wonderful front desk staff who always greet me with a smile and kind words of encouragement. Thank you all so much! I love XBF!!
