Initially, when I walked in, the counter-person was very courteous. The person who led me to the back and did the preliminary tests was also very friendly. I think her name was Stephanie. Finally, Dr. Sonia walked in the exam room, and she was very friendly, with a smile on her face. She put me at ease immediately. I am so happy that I picked her from the available doctors when I called to get a new eye doctor. I had moved so that it was too far to go to my previous doctor, with whom I did business for 23 years (100 miles vs. 20 miles). I will definitely keep going to Dr. Sonia.

Margarite helped me pick out frames, took care of all the measurements and charges and was so wonderful to work with - I enjoyed her immensely! She's a keeper as a person and a valuable employee. Dr. Broyles is very personable and professional as well. In fact, everyone I came in contact with, the front desk, the lovely girl who first took me back and performed tests - are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Redhawk Vision Center to

all of my family and friends. I felt like I was in very good hands with a staff that cares about their patients.

My experience was fine, however, my husband and daughter purchased glasses from you last year and while the eye exam and purchasing also went fine, no one ever reached out when the glasses were ready. We had to call for my daughter to find that they had probably been there for days. My husband had been told that his would take longer, so when the amount of time had passed that were told it would take, he called again only to be told his glasses were on back order. No one reached out to let us know. We waited another week only to call and find out that the glasses were again just sitting there with no call. No one was willing to take any responsibility for any of this.

I chose to go back here because he really liked the eye exam, I agree mine went very well. However, my insurance is somewhat limited in who is a primary provider so our options our limited. I'm hoping when my glasses come in I don't have the same experience as my daughter and husband. My overall feedback score is based on my experience, as well as my husband's and daughter's..
