My experience was fine, however, my husband and daughter purchased glasses from you last year and while the eye exam and purchasing also went fine, no one ever reached out when the glasses were ready. We had to call for my daughter to find that they had probably been there for days. My husband had been told that his would take longer, so when the amount of time had passed that were told it would take, he called again only to be told his glasses were on back order. No one reached out to let us know. We waited another week only to call and find out that the glasses were again just sitting there with no call. No one was willing to take any responsibility for any of this.
I chose to go back here because he really liked the eye exam, I agree mine went very well. However, my insurance is somewhat limited in who is a primary provider so our options our limited.
