Front desk clerk met me with a smile and knew my name. Joesph processed me in and we had fun. Dr Evans was a joy to engage with. All in all the entire staff was a lot fo fun and made the experience enjoyable.
Very professional office, and yet personable at the same time. I actually had a good time at the doctor's office, believe it or not. I learned new things about my eyes, and eye care itself, and a few laughs at the same time. Refreshing.
I have called several times since January 2013 about the accounting errors and still 5 months later have not received refund of the accounting error. I have been told by several of your staff "I will print out your account and give to Dr. Velk to look at and send you a refund". Last call I made was just a few weeks ago. Guess what NO REFUND yet. It would be really nice to know if anything is being done???? I'm sorry I don't like to be negative, but it has been 5 months. Please can someone do something!! We have been very happy with Dr. Velk's office up until January of this year!! I really don't want to change providers, but this is unacceptable. If patients owe you money and you don't receive it in a timely manner you turn them over to collections... So what can we do as your patients??
