The new lady was so afraid of the storm, she was panicking and saying she wanted to go home. Then she forgot to order my glasses. My dad called after a month, and I had to wait forever to get them. THEN, she just handed them to me and said I was "all set: and did not fit them. They hurt my face, and my dad had to fix them for me. I like the Dr but not the new lady.
Very professional and knowledgable staff. Dr. Jarvis always gives more than adequate time to answer any and all questions or concerns that I have.
I recently stopped in on a Wednesday to order my glasses. Ihhad an exam done a number of weeks prior . The clerk asked what insurance I had but I did not remember at the time. Since I have been a long time customer I suggested that she review my file for that information. No effort was made to retrieve it. She then proceeded to look at my results and and discuss the costs of frames, lenses, polycarbonate, etc adn other items. She then told me that the cost would be somewhere in the vicinity of $475.00. I knew I had insurance coverage but not with me at the time. I said I would be back after I determined my carrier. I was told to call and make an appointment. I felt very little effort to extend good customer service was offered. I felt I was intruding and bothering someone.. On my next visit, I met with Dave and he provided me excellent service. He explained everything about my insurance coverage, the product, etc. The final cost was $150.00+, far from $475. I am in the customer service business and know how important it is to provide exceptional service. My exam service was excellent and Dave's service was excellent. 2 out of 3 not bad. Will still highly recommend.
