Dr Jarvis was excellent and his staff very friendly. The only complaint is the glasses especially for children are way over priced. 150.00 just for the kids lenses where everyone is is offering much cheaper prices

Thank you for your wonderful compliment of the Doctor and his staff. It is difficult to answer your complaint without knowing your particular purchase details. According to Massachusetts State Law we are obligated to use "safety lenses" for children.
We do use the best quality products available so that could be the reason for "cheaper" prices elsewhere. Be sure to ask your source what material they are using for the lense quote as they may be quoting "standard plastic" pricing not polycarbonate or trivex lenses. Trivex is thinner and more lightweight than polycorbonate. We assure you that we want to do what is best for your child and our prices reflect the quality of materials that we use. We thank you for your opinion. This feedback is very important to us.

I am a nurse, have worn contacts for years requiring annual eye exams. I changed optometrists due to an insurance change and I must say I was very impressed with this office . Professional from the minute I walked through the door. This was the most thorough exam I have ever had with state of the art equipment. Dr. Jarvis and his staff are the best - knowledgeable, professional and caring.
