I had to come back into the store on a couple of occasions due to faulty glasses. Once others shared my same plight they allowed me to exchange my glasses.
I arrived on the wrong day, but they saw me anyway. The Optician was very professional and helpful, and Dr. G was nice and competent as usual. In the end, I did not leave with lenses--the price for the progressives was high ($200 after insurance), so I wanted to think about that. But good quality service.
