I have been a client for eight years and have always been completely satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff and Dr. Barnes.

This is the only doctor's/ dentist's office that I ever go to that always stick to their appointment times and that is really appreciative. All of the ladies are super and especially Dr. Butler. You can tell her personality rubs off on her staff.

Most of the staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Barnes is great and I trust her with my vision care. Environment is clean and comfortable. My only problem is with 1 staff person in particular and it could be my person interpretation of her attitude.

The girls who run the machines pre-eye exam by Dr Buttlar are not very friendly. However, Dr Buttlar makes up for it with her bubbly personality and professionalism.

My whole family has been patients of Dr. Barnes' Vision Source for many years. We love the great care, personal attention, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Outstanding customer service!!! Selection of frames wasn't as much as my previous vision center and the price was slightly higher than expected. However, the level of personal service, attention to details and friendliness of all employees was exceptional!! I will recommend Schertz Vision Source to my friends and family for sure!

Just today I told several co-workers about my visit. Everyone is so kind and helpful.
