It had been years since I have gone to the dentist and my experience at uptown Dental was fantastic. I was able to get in for an appointment right away and the stay was very friendly and knowledgable. I needed several fillings and the process was painless. I would highly recommend Dr Ryan and his staff!

I had to go for a root canal and have never had a better experience. I was very worried becuase I'm not a fan of dentist, but everyone there did their best to put me at ease. Great Staff!

When I received an email from Uptown Dental Care advertising a 10% discount in February, little did I know that the next day an old molar would give way (Just like Dr. Martin said it would!) leaving me in an emergency situation on a Saturday morning.

I got online immediately and booked an appointment for 7:30 Monday morning. My appointment was confirmed via email and again by phone early on Monday morning. By 9:00 am I was at my desk with a temporary crown, and within two weeks I'm back eating corn nuts...'just kidding Dr. Martin.

Now about the insurance and charges. I have no dental insurance and made that clear before when booking. I feel the charges were fair...not inexpensive mind you, but a good value. Then I received the promised 10% discount, and they also accepted a $50 coupon I received 2 1/2 years ago when Dr. Martin took over the practice. They also split the charges into multiple payments and accepted my credit card. Now that's customer service and helping someone in need!

Good dentistry is one thing, but listening to the customer and following through just makes sense. The team at Uptown Dental Care covers all the bases.

The entire staff is outstanding. I wouldn't think of going to any other dentist and from walking into the office and then upon departing, I felt more comfortable than with any other dentist or staff than I have in many years.
