My dentist seemed rushed and didn't explain anything, then the manager came in and didn't explain anything, but laughed at me when I told him I hadn't been using a certain kind of toothpaste. He also didn't explain anything to me.

My whole family had free cleaning done at U.D Tysons. It was nice of them to do such thing.

While the staff for the most part is nice, the service was lousy. I have never had to return four times for the same filling - and it still hurts. I'm going elsewhere to get it fixed right. I also found their policy of demanding payment in advance of services rendered (they claim it's to cut down on cancelled appointments) very off-putting and, given what I've learned about the LACK of quality of their services, glad they didn't push too hard on it. I'm definitely not going back to United Dental.

3 fillings in less than an hour, no pain during or after with no numbing, made sure everything was perfect. Dr. Patricia did a great job.

All personnel were very courteous and professional. The technology used in the examinations is "top-of-the-line!" Thus, the discussion between dentist and patient is very "visual."

Nice office and friendly staff.

Dr. Ghesmati is my dentist, from fist visit I trusted her since she was very thorough, explained every detail and answered all my questions with patience. She did a great job over several visit finishing my treatment plan. She explains every step, her work is excellent and has a very kind personality. I am taking my husband to united dental and recommended Dr. Ghesmati to all my friends.
