It was the worse experience ever! I arrived with a chipped crown from a year ago when it was installed by a former dentist. They refused to give me a free replacement, even after the new dentist admitted that it wasn't installed properly. I asked for a discount for a replacement one, they refused and insisted on me paying full price which was approx. $900! I asked, if their warranty period is written on any documents, they said NO. It's an internal policy. BOTTOM LINE.. WORSE PLACE EVER! I HAVE TOLD ALL OF MY FRIENDS...DON'T BOTHER WITH GOING TO THEM...THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
