Melissa at the front desk is amazing! She's so helpful and pleasant to deal with;)
Natalie is a great colorist and really listens to her clients. She does an amazing blow out! She blew out my hair for a party and it looked great for the next 2 days!
The salon is so pretty and relaxing I never want to leave:)
Eileen the manicurist is so good too! She's very professional and does a great gel manicure.
It seems like everyone they hire are all really nice and extremely talented!
James cut my hair and did a great job, he's very nice and did exactly what I wanted;)

With short to medium length hair I went in for a trim (no layers) with a 50% percent coupon and was charged $40. I was very pleased with the haircut but come one now -- $40. That means the next time I come in it will be $80 -- I don't think so -- I wouldn't even pay that in NYC. Way over priced. No wonder they were empty mid afternoon on a Saturday. Who would pay that price?
