Amazing.

Results are great, I am very pleased with the work that was done. The level of effort that Dr. Da Costa put into explaining the procedure and rationale behind his recommendation is most appreciated. As an added bonus they have great technology and were able to show me pictures of my tooth during the procedure! Unfortunately, they were running 20 - 30 minutes behind that day, but I will definitely go back.

They have great quality and very quick way better then past experiences at other dental offices. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Always a treat dealing with the staff as they are always willing to provide as much information as you ask them.

The filling fell out within five months, then when contacted the reception evaded to discuss the issue. When requesting to have the costs covered for the emergency filling. Reception again evaded and committed to look into it and get back to us. This didn't happen.

We haven't heard back from Dr DaCosta or any other rep from the office.

I have considered filling a Better Business report and have also contacted the Ontario Dental Association. Still undecided how to proceed.

Our family felt comfortable with the service of the dentist, the business dealings and way of handling this after service is apauling.

We even referred a friend there, but not sure now.

My experience there yesterday was top notch. I broke a tooth over the weekend and sent a email on Sunday requesting an appointment. Monday morning 8:30 received a call and scheduled an appointment. Saw the dentist he repaired the tooth and I was back home by 10:30am. You can't ask for better service than that. Plus all that with a smile from everyone. Thank you Dr. Da Costa and you're team.

Dr. DaCosta is very gentle and he makes me feel very much at ease.
