I always have a wonderful experience at the spa. I had Annie as my masseuse for couple of times already and she's been always so professional, skillful, and gentle. I will always request for her if I go to your place.
However, Most of the time, I brought my friend with me to have a massage and she always enjoyed the service. Yesterday she was with me again but I was asking the front lady ( I believe her name is Brittney) if she could also give the 15% discount to my friend because she doesn't have an email address so she does not get your special deal like me. I even suggested if you can send her thru mail but the lady firmly responded "it's only email". Brittney declined without even asking anyone. I don't think that's a good business to start with. What is 15% to give to a lady who's been there many times with me and only this time asked for that special discount? It's nothing! Now, you've just lost a customer. She refused to have the service done yesterday!! I don't think she will come back to your spa again after having that encounter!!!
So, I tried to recommend you but you need a better business person infront!!!

Unfortunately the discount emails are program generated not through the Spa itself and we are only allowed to honor the discount for the specific person who received the email. If your friend gets an email address, we would be happy to add her to our list so she can receive these promotions. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience and we hope she will consider coming in with us again.
