I was disappointed with the lack of physical contact within the salt cave, as I've been to a salt sauna and was able to physically connect with it, but I found I still had a relaxing and therapeutic experience. The other thing that felt odd to me was the lack of real knowledge, apart from the sales pitch, about the salt's properties. It was geared toward respiratory issues, and come to find out the other ladies present were there primarily for skin issues, and no one used the term "negative ions" even once. I was looking for a little more of an educational experience. I loved it, I just wanted to know more about it.
