I've been going to Toyo for years simply because on more than one occasion (including this last one) the solution to my problem was done at either no cost or minimal cost. When bringing my Sequoia in, and expecting the worst, it's refreshing to have someone fix it honestly and without trying to tell me I need several other repairs done as well. That kind of ethical business is what keeps me loyal to Toyo.
The guys lavished care on my 2001 Lexus with 12k miles, inherited from Mom, every member of the team seemingly wanting some time on this "new" auto. Good vibes, excellent results. I would bring the car back any time.
