I happened upon Town Square Auto in Dunkirk when my car broke down in the intersection about 500 feet away. My first experience with them was phenomenal. They were very cost conscious and worked with me to find options to do a repair that would have cost me 5x more at the dealership (I got a quote from the dealership and nearly blew my top). Their service was absolutely excellent - very helpful staff that genuinely wanted to get me back up and running without taking me to the cleaners. They obviously value customer service and want repeat business. I have taken my vehicles there twice since and the service continues at a 5 star level. Highly recommended.
