Return policy was horrible
Treated with disrespect from CS for a return because of this I will never refer another client and no longer do business with your salon
For paying highly amount of dollars and the not excepting my return after one day to late I find it impossible to ever giver your salon my business and or spend an extreme amount if dollars.
I feel that because Aveda products are highly priced that they should be willing to accept returns even if it's not a cash refund but at least a an even exchange and I wasn't given neither option.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our Salon. That is not our intention. The last purchase you made was in December and if you refer to the bottom of your receipt, it states that all exchanges must be within 15 days of purchase date with a 20% restocking fee. I wish there was more I could do but policies must be followed. We hope you understand. Have a wonderful day and take care.
