I gave 1 star because I like the massage along with the facial.

This was my first time visiting this place. Before my facial, Jacklyn assessed my skin by asking what is the least favourite part of my previous facials experience at other places, I said I do not like the redness after harsh skin extraction.

Surprisingly, she extracted my skin with too much pressure and left lots of red marks on my chin ! It has been almost 24 hours now and my skin still have lots of scar and red marks. i'm very upset. I should have let her know that I was in pain when she extracted my skin. On my previous facials at other places, the redness would usually resolve overnight but seems like this time Im gonna have scars on my face :(

Jaqueline is excellent! Every time I come in she get's to know me and my hair. She makes suggestions and recommends products. My hair and I are very happy! I'm new to the area and to find such a capable professional in my first attempt is very rewarding.

My hair has been cared for with tender loving care by my stylist, Kathy for many years. With her expert care and with the use of Aveda's superior product, my hair is now healthy and growing. Total Image offers excellent hair, skin, and nail service. I have tried other products, but none perform like Aveda. I highly recommend Total Image Salon and Spa.

I had a great experience with Cathy. You are lucky to have such a great hairstylist at your salon!

I do have a complaint about a hairstylist that was particularly loud. I mentioned this to Cathy. I expect to get a certain experience for the amount of $$ I spend at a salon and being annoyed by a loud voice is not one of them. I will be booking my next appointment on a day that particular hairstylist is not working. Please talk to the hairstylist about the value of the experience your clients expect when in a salon or please but up walls between each stylist.

Return policy was horrible

Treated with disrespect from CS for a return because of this I will never refer another client and no longer do business with your salon

For paying highly amount of dollars and the not excepting my return after one day to late I find it impossible to ever giver your salon my business and or spend an extreme amount if dollars.

I feel that because Aveda products are highly priced that they should be willing to accept returns even if it's not a cash refund but at least a an even exchange and I wasn't given neither option.

The last purchase you made was in December and if you refer to the bottom of your receipt, it states that all exchanges must be within 15 days of purchase date with a 20% restocking fee.
