The mechanical work seemed to be done well. Afterwards, I noticed spots on my car that looked like dried soap scum. They came off with water and some rubbing with a cloth. The week before I had washed and waxed the car and I think I removed any wax residue. Could it have been soap from your washing it? Brendan usually does a good job. This is more of an fyi than anything else.--Dan
The staff at Tom's is courteous, knowledgeable and very flexible about scheduling. I've been bringing my car to Tom's since I lived in West Seattle and still do even though I've moved out of the area.
I really like my car when I get it back from Tom's. It reminds me of why I bought it in the first place. They do good honest work.
