Dr. Sid and his team have been my dental care providers for 3 years now. I continue coming back for two reasons: (1) their attention to customer service is unparalleled, (2) Dr. Sid is an excellent dentist.
Of course, it's pleasant being greeted at the door by name, provided with water, kept informed about the waiting time (minimal), given a choice of waiting rooms (one with a massage chair), offered help with parking. That's all very nice--and perhaps a perk of being Bel Air adjacent. More than that, though, the office culture really seems to be an acute attention to demonstrating kindness to the clients.
But what I really love about the customer service is the listening. From the paperwork to discussing the options for procedures, the staff at the office--and in particular with Dr. Sid--take time to really devote eye contact, pause and listen.
As for the work itself, I've had fillings and crowns and the experience has always been made less uncomfortable by the confidence and kindness Dr. Sid exudes.
