Tidwell Auto Service

Although it took a day longer than it was supposed to take, I appreciate getting my steering fixed. When I was driving to Ohio, however, My steering wheel began to shake badly when I applied the brakes on the freeway. Wondering what could have caused this, as there was no indication of this before I got the steering fixed.

When appointments are made in advance to procure parts in advance, you need to DO IT and not wait till the appointment time to order the parts.....this ADDED to the time to get my car repaired and because I was misled, I may not come back for future service needs!

I brought my pick-up truck for a 200K service and paid a lot of money. Few days later, there was a loud squealing noise in my engine which wasn't there before they worked on my truck. I brought it back and they did more work and I paid a good sum og money again. The following day after that, the squealing noise was still there and was worst. Now, I have to bring it back again. I am very disappointed that I have to keep bringing it back for the same reason which never happened at the previous service garage I used to take my truck. I may have to reconsider using Tidwell to service my truck.

I felt extremely compfortable immediately. This was my first time at Tidwell Auto Service and they told me that I needed additional work and I did not question them. I normally would question somethin like this and get a second opinion. I did neither in this case because I felt they are a trust worthy business and I will schedule the additional services very soon.

Couldn't be more happy with the service here. Highly recommended.
