I was very disappointed in this appointment. This was to be a second appliance fitting and Dr Lee didn't know who my child was even though she has been an orthodontic patient for over a year. She said she wasn't taking new patients and I even said we weren't new patients and she just repeated she wasn't taking new patients and sent us to see someone else. She looked at my daughters xray and said we should have a good case with medicaid to pay for braces...Medicaid has already approved this service for my child and this was to be a phase 2 service. I felt offended by her attitude and non listening to me. Apparently whoever scheduled this appointment didn't do their job correctly but the Orthodontist should have noticed this was her patient when she looked in her chart. I will be going elsewehre with my children due to this treatment of us.

Did not have to wait past appt time. Front staff was efficient pleasant attitude. Technicians explained procedure. Each technician as well as Dr. were very informative and did an excellent job in cleaning experience.
Great practice! My overall experience was 5-star for my dental care. Robin did an excellent job with cleaning my teeth and Dr. Thai was extremely knowledgable with all my questions. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for affordable and quality dental care.
