I have been taking my 2001 BMW to the Werks for about 3 years and am very pleased with their service.
The Werk Shop replied:
Thank you Pat, we are glad to hear it.

Service quality was top notch and the guys in the shop were really great. Unfortunately, we found 2 bent rims that had to be sent out for separate repair. I was quoted $120 for the tire installation, but because of all the extra labor of mounting/re-mounting the tires the labor charges ended up costing almost $350 (in addition to the $310 for straightening the rims). Despite the great work, no tire installation service should ever cost that much,so I can't recommend you use The Werk Shop for tire service unless you know for sure you'll have no issues with your rims/wheels. Again, great job, speedy turnaround, but just way to expensive.

My neighbor told me that the Werk Shop was very professional and knowledgeable...and he was correct. I was impressed that any shop would allow me to stand under the lift and actually show me the issue. I will be back!

I really liked my first experience at the Werk Shop. The repairs were completed in the estimated amount of time and within the estimated costs...and the costs were very reasonable compared to dealer charges for the same repairs. Further, the repairs took care of the problem.
The waiting area was very clean, comfortable and inviting. The whole shop was clean and in good order which made me feel good about the organization of the shop and the employees.
The only suggestion is to perhaps wash the car when the repairs are completed... It just gives that added sense that the business was valued by the shop.
