I was particularly impressed with the dental hygienist who went above and beyond. I was in for a routine cleaning, and I complained of my teeth hurting from a sinus infection, she investigated and found an abscessed tooth. She scheduled me for a follow up appointment after the Dr. affirmed her diagnosis, which is what you would expect. However the above and beyond part came after she saw that I was in pain. She volunteered, to numb the tooth, which I happily agreed too, and then investigated as too whether the Dr. could drill the tooth, and relieve the pressure until my next appointment. The procedure brought great relief, as I had been dealing with the infection for some time. Thank you very much! Now for the not so great part.I complained about the area the last time I was in for a checkup, and the same hygienist found what looked like a possible abscess in the same tooth, and Dr. Wall did not see anything. As a result, a dead tooth, and root canal. Not sure if it could be avoided, but it seems like it could have. Hats off to the Dental Hygienist!! You were great!

I have my teeth cleaned at this time. The entire staff is very friendly. I watched the overhead TV the entire time, did not feel any discomfort. My teeth is super clean now!!

I like the automation they use. It helps educate and the staff takes great effort to show what is needed and the reason why. The practice is very professional. I'll be bringing my whole family.

As always the staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Xu and his assistant made what could have been a horrible experience pain free and simple. I don't trust many doctors but Dr. Xu is different and I trust him completely.

I always enjoy going to see my dentist.The staff is amazing, especially Deanna. She's a sweetheart. The only thing that was a bit odd about this visit was that the Dr. Xu seemed disinterested in the amount of pain I'm in. I have TMJ, and my head and jaw are constantly hurting, but when I asked if he would prescribe something to get me through a few days without the pain, I felt as though he blew me off, even though I never ask for anything like that and wouldn't unless I thought I needed it. New policy for no pain killer maybe? I don't know.

They redeemed the dental dam. Still not fond of it, but not panicked over it either. And when one tooth seemed to "worry" my tongue, they got me in the next day and found the reason why and fixed it.
