While I enjoyed the treatment I received, I wanted to send feedback based on a friend's treatment that I paid for as a birthday gift. I looked at the receipt and noticed that I had paid for an extended service (75 min. vs. 60 min. facial) that my friend did not originally order. I confirmed this with my friend and spoke to the woman at the desk. She told me that they could not refund any extended treatment that was already received. However, the aesthetician did not tell (remind) her of her chosen treatment so my friend (in a relaxed state) was not aware of the extended time she was given.
In my opinion, this is poor customer service to not 1) remind/let the client know of the service to be provided so any correction could be made or) provide the refund as it was the error on behalf of the business.
I will likely not be returning to this spa or referring friends.
