I have come to trust your service and in Jim and I hope this will continue. The only issue I have is that several years ago, you changed my license plate holder to one advertising the driving machine without consulting me. I'm pretty easy going, so it was OK with me, particularly as you said that you would give me a $5 discount per visit. However, I believe I only got this discount twice and have not got it in the last several visits despite my reminders at drop off and pick up. If you are no longer honoring this commitment, it's OK - you should let the customer know.

This was my first time at The Driving Machine. Went there to get an inspection of a recently purchased 2001 Z3 Coupe. Ricky was very nice, and the service mechanic did a great job going over the car, and making recommendations for some minor work. Will definitely be returning to The Driving Machine for all future work on my Z3.

Came in on short notice on Dec 30 regarding what seemed a coolant leak. Ricky picked up on me and took care of me. On short order got the car on an open rack and diagnosed the problem as a faulty radiator cap. I was out promptly. I'll be back as I have for some 20 years now. Have a New Year content about this satisfied customer. JB
