I have tried every salon it seems in So Florida and thought I would have to go back to South Beach over an hour plus each way to get my hair done until I found the David k space. I had bad color and a poor haircut and have seen Parker and Christina for the third time and Christina truly nailed it this time with the color. She really takes into account your natural tones and eye color, skin tone etc. i am waiting this time to see how the color lasts..

Parker is shaping my hair to grow out a bad cut and it actually feels like he doesn't cut my hair except it has a much better shape- no worries he's going to chop it! He's an artist In dealing with my wavy thick hair. Alex, an assistant/stylist has an excellent professional manner and did a great job on my blowout.

The salon is on the pricier side but I believe here you get what you pay for. I've been to other high end salons and walked out paying a fortune and been unhappy... One complaint is that I often have to wait for the stylists and I hate sitting anywhere for long periods of time. But I'll be back!

Amazing experience all around! Melrose gave me one of the best cuts I ever had since my days in New York working in the salon industry for many years! Highly recommend the salon. David, the owner, is the founder of the famous salon in NYC, Salon Da Da. Super friendly staff, awesome salon design. Felt like being home in NY again...

Fantastic salon and even better stylist. I flew in from DC based on the raving reviews of a friend and made an appointment with Melrose for color, highlight and cut. To say I was happy with the results is an understatement.

Melrose is a styling genius, the placement of my highlights and the blend of colors she created are fantastic. The cut is one of the best - if not the best , I have ever had. It is clear that Melrose is passionate about her work and takes her time to get everything just right.

My appointment started at noon and I was finished about 5 hours later but the space is so welcoming and homey that I felt that I had just been hanging out with friends. Side note - my appointment was so long due to some major color changes I requested. The one thing I really found refreshing is that I was her only client the entire time; most salons have stylists working on multiple clients at once and you only get part of their attention, not here!

As you can tell, I am a huge fan of this salon and of Melrose. I will now be taking frequent trips from DC to FL to keep up this fantastic style!
