I have been going to this practice for years. In reference to a previous review, the practice has expanded but it is nice to see new faces for a change. I generally have not waited more than ten minutes to see my doctor. My new doctor even called me the evening after my appointment to see how I was doing. I thought she was very caring.

wait times of 45min to an hour now standard for my family at this office. grew too big too fast and fogot what customer service is all about and/or that not everyone needs or is willing to pay for perfection. I just need my teeth healthy and I don't like feeling like I do at a car dealership (they always find something expenseive that "needs" to be fixed).

I feel like every-time I get my teeth cleaned your trying to sell additional services.

I understand your in business to make money it's too much. Also charging for a missed appointment stinks. You need to make folks aware of that policy.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Danielle Slater and she was able to fix a tooth that I have had problems with for years. She is extremely gentle and caring and concerned for my over all well being. She is also very good at injections - I felt no pain whatsoever! I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Slater in particular.

Well organized and service focused. Like the way Dr. elder takes such a proactive view toward looking for potential issues and keeping an eye on them without being too quick or aggressive with treatment.
