It was a pleasurable experience. Everybody is always so professional and friendly. The only down side was that I went in with a free coupon and came out owing $80. I'm sure I got $80+ worth of services but wasn't expecting it.

One of the many reasons I keep coming back to Team Health is that they offer a welcoming, Christian environment. Everyone is pleasant and positive, the care I receive is always first rate, and the doctors truly listen as I describe the problem I am dealing with at the time; i.e. they don't treat me as someone to be quickly treated and pushed toward the door.

My initial intake at Team Health Care with Dr. Jay was like nothing else I've ever experienced having seen numerous doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, etc. over the years. I was pleased with his thorough approach, genuine interest, lack of rush, and even the detailed intake forms that cover not only symptoms, but also questions about your well-being and overall goals for treatment.
