Follow-up: On February 04, was assured that the money I pre-paid this office would be refunded and confirmation emailed within 24-48 hours I waited 6 days and got no follow-up, no credit, nothing I called them again yesterday and was advised that they had simply not issued the refund. No reason given. Are you kidding me???? Who runs an office like this? Here Is my recommendation to you Jackie. If you don’t want to deal with an irate and upset customers, the staff of Dr. Marshall’s office should execute on the expectations that they set. You had absolutely no issues in receiving payment form us. None! Even when you created an unbelievable financial hardship for us with your ridiculous billing and insurance practices. The very least you could have done was shown us an ounce of respect by following through on the credit request and confirmation as promised. This is just an absolutely horrible dental practice. Save yourself a ton of hassle and find a more professional dental provider.
