My first time to the salon. I had an appointment but canceled last week. I got cold feet and anxiety took over. I tried to cut my hair myself, what a mess I did. So after days of hating how I looked I rebooked. I can't believe what a haircut u gave me Darlene. I know it's going to take some growing and a few more cuts to reach our goal but WOW! If this is what u can do with a chopped up mess to start with omg . I'm a very very happy girl. Also thank u Dan, you were very kind and warm . Im sure u sensed I was very nervous and you and Darlene made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say I've never been so happy on the quality of my past haircuts TILL NOW. Darlene I'm a devoted new customer. Thank u guys:-)

I have been doing to Sydney Albert about two years now - always a great experience whether getting hair done - or other services such as massage. All services are top quality and the treatment you receive is always extremely professional - but also warm and welcoming (vs. salons that seem to thrive on creating an air of haughtiness).

After trying about 5 different salons when I recently moved to NJ, my husband referred me to Sydney Albert and I was lucky enough o be put with Tammy. She is wonderful, friendly and gives an incredible haircut. Everyone in the salon is friendly, the place is attractive and very clean and I have found my hair place. It's scary for someone new to cut your hair but Tammy put me at ease and gave me a beautiful cut which frames my face. She also colors my hair and I am thrilled with the results

Went in to get four tires replaced. A day and a half later the car was finished and they did not call me, I called them. They charged me some labor charge($60.00) where the tire purchase included everything including balancing, mounting and road hazard. Also I requested to keep the old tires because they only had half the threads worn down, no tires in trunck after picking car up. Best part was when they couyld not find my car keys and eventually found then in another customes car seat. Worst experience to date with them.read more …
