excellent service; I dropped my car off, on my way to a meeting; everyone was very helpful in getting all the work done, so I could pick it up the next day. When I had told Roxanne that the reason I needed evaluation was that the car sounded like a helicopter, they knew right away how to approach it; and now my car is normal!

I had a pre-booked appt for two minor maintenance issues that were estimated to be about an hour each. Dropped off my car first thing in the am. I never receive a status call throughout the day. I arrived just before closing to find that they were just finishing one task but didn't get to the second. I now have to re-book to get the other issue complete. I'm very disappointed in the lack of service and follow through. My time is just as important.

We absolutely value your time and know it is important. Unfortunately the tasks you came in for are very time consuming. They require special tools and we are the only shop in the area that have the proper equipment to get the jobs done. We are also sorry for time it took to complete the work but would rather make sure the job is done properly then rush. You were also offered a loaner vehicle.
