All work was performed as requested and the car was ready on time. The key was left as arranged so there was no problem picking the car up after hours. I will use them again.

While Driving from PA to Boston my received message that my back passenger tire was losing air ( I thought I might need a plug I stopped in European specialists they said they would check it and let me know 20 min later they charge me $59.15 to add air and reset the sensor ( no plug was needed) I questioned it her response was they had to charge me some thing....I trully feel I was taken advantage off.

Took my BMW 325xi to European Specialists to get an A/C recharge and no appointment in and out in an hour for the most reasonable price around...will be back soon for other routine services I'm sure

I was told that my oil change, tire rotation and blinker bulb fix would take about an hour. It took over three and they forgot to do the blinker bulbs for which i had to wait another 30 mins. They also forgot to rotate my tires for which i was glad after finding out they charge $71 dollars to rotate tires. Really.

I do the majority of the work on my cars myself, but when it comes to something I cannot do, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. The staff is knowledgable, courteous and friendly -- anytime I'm there it feels like I'm socializing with fellow Saab enthusiasts rather than waiting at a mechanics shop. Great people, great work. Plain and simple.

I took a wonderful class on Saturday at 11am. However, this class was an alternative to what I thought was going to be a free class at Chairigami. I drove in from the shoreline for this class and brought three friends with me. We stood out in the cold, confused, until I called BR and spoke to the front desk yogi who informed me that I had the date wrong. I looked at the original BR email link to confirm that I had in fact the date correct. I was disappointed to find out that I hadn't been informed of the date change.
