Everything was great. I was unable to drop off and pickup my vehicle, during operational hours, but everything went smoothly. I would like to briefly review my vehicle work with the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, but I will call back to see if I can chat with him. I would imagine I could have done so during business hours, if my schedule had allowed. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, but a first person conversation is always great, especially on a car with high mileage and some wear and tear.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I thought the service overall was excellent. The staff even caught that one of my tires was low on air, checked for leaks, and topped it off while changing the oil. They also had a pretty comfortable office to hang out in while waiting for the service to finish. They are quite busy, so you should plan ahead for booking an appointment.

Superior Auto Service are very attentive to diagnosing my issues with my vehicle. Charlie, the service manager is great and Robert the mechanic who worked on my vehicle is great in explaining in detail what my vehicle was doing when minor issues came up like my check service light came on. They are very thorough in inspecting my car and gave me a list of upcoming maintenance that needed to be address. I would recommended them and give them 5 stars. The shop is very convenient from other business and restaurants. Thanks, I appreciated on the work they have done so far.
