I love that I am always greeted by my first name. I feel like you all know my teeth intimately before you even look at the computer. Of course the hand dip and the neck wrap are huge pluses. I see coming to the dentist as a break in my day and I even drifted off a bit this time around. You are professionals that care about your work. Thanks again!
