I had an appointment with a Doctor and then he had to go to lunch so he turned me over to his partner. It was very uncomfortable and just wrong. When you schedule an appointment you should have one doctor the whole time. I had seen them a month or so ago and was told that my eye was perfect but when I saw them this time I had something very wrong with my eye. If it had been caught earlier the damage done would have been less. I really

Approximately 2 yeas ago I purchased frames, lens, and exam for around $500, yesterday's yearly exam and replacement lens (no frames) was $509, seems unreasonable. When my glasses were returned and I put them on leaving the building, all I could see was the associate's fingerprints. My hard earned money to purchase new lens didn't justify cleaning the glasses before they were returned. Disappointing. Actually after I left I wished I had just paid for the exam and gone elsewhere for the lens
