I had a cleaning with Rosy, which went well. I do however, have a hard time, even with ear plugs putting up with the loud and irritating laughter at the station next door.
I have asked twice to have this adressed. It has not been. If it is not better, I will be going to another dentist.

We have headphones and offered those to her but she declined. For her next visit we have put her in during lunch time so that she doesnt have to hear other people in the office. She likes things very quiet and we are a busy office. We have tried to keep it quiet but we also don't want to ruin another persons experience because she doesnt like laughter or any noise. We honestly care about each person and are trying to create good experiences for all. Silence usually makes other people uncomfortable We have called and spoke to her about this as well letting her know no other person is at the same time as her appointment.

This was my first experience with the new crown process that Dr. Barfuss does, all in one day..It was a painless experience and amazing that its all done in one day....No discomfort at all and Dr. Barfuss is great about calling in the evening to make sure you are doing alright....An awesome dentist.

Thank you for the excellent dental care we have received so far. My husband has had a problem tooth for many years that has been worked on by 3 different dentist other than Dr. Barfuss, and it is finally fixed right! Appreciate your expertise and the staff in your office are personable, helpful and friendly.
